"Free-Trial" is not free
I was very excited to try tails.com for the first time and used a coupon for a 1-month-free trial (shipment costs excluded) to place my first order. After one week, before I even received my first order, I see that I am already charged 11.04 Euros with no reason at all. I have contacted the Customer Center for a refund but have received no response yet. I am very disappointed and will be immediately cancelling my subscription.
