I'd rather walk
First: The website is a mess! it contains information that is plainly wrong (told us we can get the tickets we booked on any automat or station in France and Luxembourg. Turns out Luxembourg knows nothing of that), it is not possibly to choose an online ticket, but instead the ticket you book are randomly online tickets or tickets you need to get with a reference number in the station. Which doesnt work in each station, as said above.
Finally, there are buttons on the website to cancel or change your order, but their just decoration. Clikcing them brings you back to the main page.
So much for the website, the actual travel experience is worse!
We booked two trains and had more than an hour to switch them, due to the first train being late it looked as if we wouldn't catch it. Upon calling Oui which already took very long to reach them, we've been told to not worry and that we can just take the next train without extra payment.
Upon arrival we did even catch the original train by a few minutes, so that we could have reached our destination on time. However the train personel refused to let us board, because our ticket "has been delayed to the next train". There was space in the train, we had a ticket for said train, we WANTED to board the train... and weren't allowed. Instead we were forced to wait an hour for the next one. This is the most horrible customer service one could imagine. What a super bad company!
