Worst energy company EVER
I would like to express my very bad experience with Vattenfall company. First I've been told that I can cancel my contract (told by the office worker in Vattenfall büro) just by sending the e-mail. Which didn't work at all. I had NEVER a reply from their Kundenservice e-mail. So I had to investigate and only 1 month AFTER I already left my apartment, I managed somehow to cancel it via website. Then I got the Closing payment and they sent to ONLY digitally. So you HAVE TO check everything on the website.
Then I got an email with offering me a Bonus (was so happy at that moment). But apparently it was very tricky and first they THEMSELF send me that and after sent me an e-mail that I had to pay it back within the 10 working days. I was at vacation and haven't seen the mail, so... I had to pay Mahnkosten. And this time they WON'T sent it online to me. (ones they say we sent you everything online, another time they don't. Just ridiculous and highly not client oriented). Extremly unfriendly and the worst experience in my life so far! If you are a foreigner I'm highly NOT RECOMMEND this company, unless you want to be in troubles!Review Über: Buckle

Ich wollte mir mal wieder neue Schuhe gönnen und habe mich aus diesem Grund auf die Suche nach einem guten Online-Shop hierfür gemacht. Hierdurch kam ich dann auf Buckle, wo man mit einer breiten Auswahl und vielen Deals geworben hat. Ich dachte mir, dass das alles doch sehr gut aussieht und der Kundenservice konnte mich auch direkt von Anfang an beratne, weshalb ich mich dann auch für einen Kauf bei Buckle entschieden habe. Die Lieferzeiten waren ebenfalls in Ordnung und ich würde aufgrund der zahlreichen Bundles und Sonderangebote immer wieder auf Buckle setzen, wenn es um das Thema Schuhe oder Klamotten geht. Meine Freundinnen kaufen mittlerweile auch alle bei Buckle ein, wenn sie mal wieder was neues brauchen.
