I ordered a Gregory 50 L backpack from Alterate, the package was delivered on time but the Item was completely wrong. I called the customer service multiple times and was hung up by them repeatedly. had to resort to waiting for an e-mail response. Will update further.
Update, finally got through to the customer service, the person on the phone was helpful and the correct backpack was sent and received in about 2 weeks. Wasn't able to get the item on time but the issue was resolves smoothly.
