Suddenly canceled
Unfortunately, we have made a pretty bad experience with Flugladen and after this experience we won´t fly with Flugladen ever again. Customer Service is very difficult to reach out, customer requests are not met and everything takes a very long time. Our return flights EY0601 and EY005 were suddenly canceled, without any justification. Subsequent we wanted to call Flugladen for an alternative flight, however direct contact via phone is not possible at all. After a long search we could find an E-Mail Address and stated our situation and asked which possibilities we have. The first answer was, that we should use their Chat Robot, which is the worst artificial intelligence I have ever seen. He said, that he understands the issue, but couldn´t help at all. So we have tried via E-Mail again and received a pretty standardized answer “we cannot help if you want to cancel your flight”. Well, WE didn´t cancel the flight and of course want to fly back home after vacation. Subsequent we explained the situation again with more details and asked, if we can have another similar flight with Flugladen. The answer was: please contact the airline. However, the airline couldn´t help, because we booked through Flugladen. Following we texted them again and told them, what they should already know when you work for Flugladen. Flugladen replied again with an unsatisfying answer, that a refund is not possible for only the return ticket and we can only try to get a refund if we cancel our whole flights (both). Of course, we didn´t want that because booking a new flight so short before departure is exorbitant expensive and they didn´t even try to offer us an alternative flight. We looked for ourselves for an alternative and suggested that one, however they wanted to give us a really bad one, where we would land 415 km away from our original airport and need 7 hours longer in total. These flights are not comparable at all! It is really disappointing, that they don´t give us appropriate help and service. Lastly, we have asked for a voucher and they didn´t reply at all! Never again with Flugladen and I wouldn´t recommend it to any of you.
