I made made a new electricity contract with E WIE EINFACH GmbH on February 12, 2023. I terminated contract with my previous electricity provider and it has already ended on March 6, 2023.
However, to my absolute horror, I got the information from E WIE EINFACH GmbH that my new electricity contract will start from next year (from March 2024). They are also going to charge me a higher tariff than what was offered for year 2023. I do not understand how they came up with this unbelievable start date of contract.
I have already sent the confirmation of contract termination letter from my previous supplier and also wrote emails, but till now, I have not received any response at all. They have no customer care service number, do not reply to emails and the callback request doesn't work. Please stay miles away from this company.
