    Not always possible to solve issues with customer service for returning goods

    In 2020 I bought a Bell Bullitt DLX helmet from their website. After short term of usage the belt started to crack at several places at the end where I clip it. At first purchase it was easy to return and get full refund.
    Later on I tried to ask if this is a chronic issue or not with Bell helmets before I buy a second one. The response they gave was completely irrelevant like an automatic answer. I thought it was a one time issue and also trusting Bell quality, at the end of January 2021 I ordered a second helmet exactly same. ( this was a huge mistake and I admit. Had to be smarter) When the season started for me at March I had the same issue almost immediately and asked to return the product at April. 4 weeks after I returned the product and 2 weeks after they confirmed they received the package I filled a complaint entry to get a refund in their web site as it is taking more than they said (2-3 weeks). Their response was that they didn’t received the product. After this feedback there has been several message ping pongs saying they will check...
    Now it has been 5 weeks and still not possible to get an answer and talking to their customer service is like talking to a computer which is only asking “what is your issue and how can we help” again and again starting from zero. I am afraid a product with a value over 400€ is lost and my motorcycle is sleeping out there.
