Double payment und no refond
This is Macedo Silva, So on 06.09 I bought a ticket, whose buchungsnummer LSDGE9. For personal reasons I needed to cancel my flight. The attendant via chat informed me that I should pay for the umbuchung more than 900€ and 40€ fee for the company.
The value of the ticket, in case of a new purchase, would cost less than the value for umbuchung.
We called the company and questioned. According to the attendant, this was really the value of umbuchung but after a few minutes she returned and informed that the value would be 468€.
It turns out that they sent me a link via email to make the payment and so it was done. They informed me that the link would work for a few minutes. After the payment with the link sent via email, I did not receive any payment confirmation. !
I called the second time and the attendant asked me to pay the second time during the call with him (central). I typed in all the credit card data with the credit card during the call and then received a confirmation. The attendant informed me that I would receive a refund for the first onebuchung. So far nothing has happened. They are making fun of me.
I sent the picture of the first payment at 08:39. I did what was asked and they don't solve anything. They are dishonest! Beware!!!

According to the attendant "Touka" they have nothing to do if I don't post a complaint on the site. I searched all over the TRAVELSTART site for the COMPLAINT field and did not find it. Clicking on a link from this company via e-mail, can be a trap. I feel robbed!
Do not buy from travelstart. I hope they did not steal my credit card information.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELSTART. TRAVELSTART IS A LIAR! THE ATTENDANTS DO NOT RESPECT US!
