    Hat alles gut funktioniert. Lieferung war jetzt nicht megaschnell, darauf war ich aber gefasst. Ist aber nach gut zwei Wochen angekommen und es war alles ok damit.

    I was sure if there is any straight-forward and clear-cut warranty case, then this one: The same day I received the Trekking Pants I rejected the product on the basis of a defect in the form of a irreversible wrongful ironing on the front zip. So, how was my claim including to 2x complaints "resolved" ? The Customer "Service" Artificial "Intelligence" twice rejected my quality complaint, elaborating "all claims rejected unless defect clearly based on faulty material or production". Not even e-mail proof that delivery any my complaint occured on the same date, helped. My recommendation: Never ever buy from online shops with the ending ...INN such as trekkINN, diveINN, snowINN
