Buchungsbestätigung ohne Wert
Wir haben das Farmhouse BNB im November 2021 über booking.com gebucht. Als wir im September 2022 ankamen, sind wir von der Unterkunft abgewiesen worden obwohl wir eine bestätigte Buchung hatten. Die Unterkunft hatte die Zusammenarbeit mit booking.com zwischenzeitlich gekündigt. Wir wurden weder von der Unterkunft noch von booking.com informiert. Das Zimmer wurde von der Unterkunft doppelt belegt. Wir waren gezwungen kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel zu buchen, aufgrund der kurzfristigen Buchung zu einem viel höheren Preis. Wir hatten Mehrkosten von rund 300€. Wir haben booking.com kontaktiert bisher jedoch keine Unterstützung erhalten.
We booked the Farmhouse BNB in November 2021 via booking.com. When we arrived in September 2022, we were rejected by the accommodation although we had a confirmed booking. The accommodation had terminated the cooperation with booking.com in the meantime. We were neither informed by the accommodation nor by booking.com. The room was occupied twice by the accommodation. We were forced to book another hotel at short notice, due to the short-term booking at a much higher price. We had additional costs of about 300€. We have contacted booking.com but have not received any support so far.
