Nach einem Jahr Keine Rückerstattung in sicht:schlechteste Erfahrung,
Flug wurde storniert und ich schreibe schon seit Sept 2020 zwar auf meine Rückzahlung. die Hotline Nummer ist entweder auf der seite falsch geschrieben oder abgeschaltet. Niemand antwortet auf die Mails, außer das Automatisiertes mails kriege ich gar nichts. Ich habe mehr als 2500€ verloren. Ich bin enttäuscht. Nie wieder!!

I booked tickets for my family and the flights got canceled due to pandemic.
However in spite of writing them for close to 5 months through contact Form, I received nothing other than the automated messages of acknowledging the receipt of the concern. The number on the site is either fake or is switched off. I lost closed to 2500€.very disappointed and do not recommend anyone to use this site.
