Hoffentlich ist die Ware nicht defekt
I would strongly advise against the shop “Geekbuing”!
I ordered a drone at the shop some month ago. After a fast delivery, the only point for Geekbuing, the drone arrived. I could not check the drone immediately, because it was a Christmas gift. Two weeks ago, I found out that the drone was out of order. You cannot connect via remote control nor via mobile. So, I asked Geekbuing to take back the drone. Fortunately, I ordered a local return pick up.
The first argument from Geekbuing for not taking the drone back was that for drones they do not give guarantee. So, I explained them that when they must give warranty for all products the sell in the EU.
The second argument from Geekbuing was I should take care for repair and they will compensate the costs. So I explained them what a german engineer gets per hour and also need spare parts from the manufacturer.
The next argument from Geekbuing was that I should send the complete package to their Chinese warehous. So, I tried to send the drone to china. It costs me 15.-€. But you cannot send batteries via airfreight. So, I get the package back from DHL.
Next step was that I tried to persuade Geekbuing to give me a European Address, where I can send the package but I was not successful.
So, don’t buy any product which is too expensive from Geekbuing, please!
