I will never use their service again. First time I bought the ticket via this site. Everything was perfect: nice offer, good conditions, fast booking, any problems with payment (immediately was charged). After 2 days the flight was cancelled by airline. I tried to contact to seat24 for refund what I couldn’t do at all. There was no response for calls, call center is not reachable at all. The bad service ever… Also have sent an e-mail to administration, but didn’t get an answer as well. I kept writing them again and again to precipitate the process. Finally I got the response after dozens of requests, besides that they charged additionally 30€. Fraud!.. I bridled at the service like this. Totally non-customer oriented company, definitely won’t use again. And recommend all the same, hands off!
