04.10.2023 at the Chania Airport we waited over 1 Hour until someone arrived with the Shuttle bus ,he drove through the arrival street 2-3 times without stopping until i screamed that we are he"s customers , next we went too the car Rental in wich we didn't got a Car cause they have only 1 Payment method for the Deposit wich was locked for me at the time, absolutely Terrifying experience
