Can't return the item
I urge you not to buy in Samsung online shop as you won't be able to return the item.
I have ordered the Tablet Lite version by accident, got it after two days and then realized I have ordered the wrong one, called the service to get the return label and I have been ignored. Likewise, I have been writing emails and calling far too many times for them just to send me the return label.
It is not happening. And to get through just one call takes around 20 min, so the time invested to just return one item is not worth it.
