Flugladen Not trust worthy Very bad experience
We too have similar poor and unprofessional experience with Fluglade.de which is owned by Travix. They do not have a phone number. They do not provide a logical answer to you on time through an email. It has been 1 year and 5 months since we requested a reimbursement due to flight cancellation by Emirates Airline itself. Since then they have not done anything - even after writing several emails to them and sending messages through their web portal. They did not return our ticket amount yet.
Emirates Airline said that our tickets are valid for 2 years and also confirmed it through an email. We have also spoken several times to Flugladen.de travel agents via their chatbot (redirected to agents in India). They say that they now after 1 year they have no access to our tickets - unfortunately, and will escalate this issue to their specialized team (which I think do not exist) and they will answer us in 24-48 hours. However, this does not happen at all.
Avoid Flugladen.de. A total scam.
