Monese works fine until they see/have a problem (with you?). You will never get to know what that problem is. You try to contact them but they blocked your account and you only get to FAQ not to support anymore. Not that support has been helpful in the few cases you needed them before. There is no answer in FAQ because you know that you did not do anything different than the year(s) before. So, there is a bit of money on your account you cannot access anymore. Just like that. From one minute/day to another. You then need someone to borrow you a bit because they won't let you access your own money. They, of course, do not answer your emails if you use the only email address you have from them. So, no idea, no access, no money and what if there is nobody who understands you? Who gives a bit of money just to buy some food or so? What if this is the only account and you just trusted them? Well ... I know that I read about such cases and I thought it won't happen to me. Yet, it did. Just lost. Fasting is healthy they say. No idea how long it lasts. The ones I asked to help said "we've warned you". True. They did.
