Alternate has the worst service I have ever seen.
A return of defective parts arrive in their shop 2 weeks ago. For a week now I've been trying to reach them to find out what is going on.
They don't answer the phone service lines, 90min+ wait times and just excuses for why it will take more than 3 weeks to get the parts back to me. It's a total joke.
I bought 2 PCs with alternate over 10 years. I will NEVER use their shop again. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
