Definitely do not rent a car from here!
We got a rental service for our company, which participated in the Nurenberg toy fair, and we were defrauded. They say that they refund the provision fee, but they do not document it. sixt transferred money from our company's account to their own account and officially defrauded us. Even though we requested a refund document from them, their customer service always gives the same answer.
