Selektion, Schikane, Ausschluß von Menschen 75+
Guten Tag,
ich bin vor ca. 25 Jahren schon bei der Postbank ausgestiegen, weil der SERVICE nicht stimmte (und habe es NIE bereut!) ... nunmehr betreue ich als Bevollmächtigter verschiedene ältere Menschen (75+), welche u.a. bei der Postbank (noch) sind.
Seit der defusen Umstellungen der letzten Monate und Wochen besteht bei den von mir zu betreuenden Menschen die Sorge, dass sie nur noch ONLINE und zwar mit einer APP auf einem Smartfone Kontozugang genießen können.
GENAU DAS wurde mir Seitens der Postbank (Deutsche Bank AG) bestätigt.
Die Menschen um 80+ sind nicht gewillt sich noch der modernen Technik von Smartfone und I-Net zu stellen (bezogen auf die von mir betreute Gruppe!) und baten mich Alternativen zu suchen und aufzuzeigen, wo man noch via SMS-code Kontozugang erhält.
Meine Nachfrage bei der POSTBANK, ob diese Generation mit deren Ängsten und Bedürfnissen bei den Umstellungsüberlegungen berücksichtigung fanden war ernüchternd. Eher vermittelte man mir den Eindruck, dass die Postbank nunmehr auch eine art "Selektion" durchführe. Wie sich mein Gefühl dazu entwickelte? ... man schlug mir unverholen vor, für den betreuten Kundenstamm eine andere Bank zu suchen!
Aus der von mir betreuten Gruppe sind viele schon um die 45 Jahre Kunde bei der POSTbank ... da war es noch Staatsunternehmen.
In MEINEM Inneren empfand ich die POSTBANKaussage als "Pfuuii" ... Kontenumzüge sind eingeleitet ... in wenigen Wochen hat meine Gruppe besseren Service und Kontozugänge ohne solch gezwungene "modernen" Zugangsformen UND sparen noch Kontoführungsgebühren.
JA, eine Filiale und direkte Ansprechpartner gibt und braucht es dann nicht mehr ... aber DEUTLICH MEHR ZUFRIEDENHEIT und Sicherheit im wohlverdienten Lebensalteralltag.
MICH persönlich wundert es, dass so viele es sooooo lange (noch) bei der Postbank ausgehalten haben ... und wer das noch will und kann ... bitte, soll bleiben :-)
Wer keinen anderen Service kennt (oder braucht), scheint gesättigt.
Aus der Erfahrung der von mir zu betreuenden Gruppe und mir selber kann ich die Postbank zu KEINEM Produkt empfehlen - schon gar nicht, wenn die Deutsche Bank AG mitwirkt (recherchieren Sie nach dem "Rabaukentum" der DB AG im Hinblick auf die "Veruntreuung" von Kundengeldern und Geschäften mit "zwielichtigen" globalen Geschäftspartnern!).
Nach dem ersten Kontoumzug hat sogar eine 85-jährige Frau erstmalig selbst die Kontoführung übernommen (vorher tat dies ihr Mann) und ist sehr glücklich nun damit. "Endlich schaffe auch ICH das alleine!"
