A very poor and shitty customer service
Oakley Germany has the poorest customer service I ever experienced as a online shoppoing person! They have no level of understanding and customer support. Return label is not included and ordering that is a very frustrating process. Their poor customer service simply ruined the good image of Oakley in my head and I am going to spread this bad experience with all my friends and colleagues!
