    It was horrible customer service I've ever experienced

    I ordered 2 chairs from Made.com and the chairs were delivered with no chair legs. I contacted customer service there and it was horrible and stressful.
    First of all, they always change the person in charge every single time I contacted them. Some of them cannot follow up on what happened to me, even though I wrote e-mails several times, because they are new to this topic again.
    And even though they just delivered defective items, they failed to book a pick up for me a few times, so I had to waste my time waiting for them again and again. So at the end, they offered me a refund for every happening and asked me to bring the freaking heavy chairs to the DHL station by myself.
    And you know what? After they received the defective chairs, they said, " Oh, my colleague understood it wrong, we cannot refund it. but you want a coupon from us?"
    Don't trust them ever.
