Long delivery and no reply!!
I ordered a parcel on the 28th of November and have sent two emails and a direct message with no reply! It has been nearly 3 weeks and still nothing...I will not order again and will keep chasing as the parcel was over 100 euros. Not what i expect to have to deal with when ordering from an expensive store.
i experience the same right now. And if i call noone picks up and in case they pick up they don't realize they picked up....
