No car … in a bank holiday ! Absolutely unreliable
We booked a car far in advance at Kassel Wilhelmshöhe for the Pfingstmontag, a bank holiday. I tried to phone the agency to be sure that we will get the car. No one ever answered the phone. Typical Hertz. The central agency confirmed that everything will be fine…
Unfortunately it was the only agency in Kassel to offer a rental car… at least on their App.
I decided to take my chance knowing that with Hertz the likelihood to have problems is higher than by Europcar or Sixt. About the same as Avis.
And … no car was available for me. They don’t care that I am Gold Plus… whatever… and the consequences of their unprofessional behaviour.
So they ruined our day… and this bad review is well well deserved.
Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy ! A total shame !
