Please be aware that Refurbed uses non-original spare parts in their phones. In my case, I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro. When I took it to Apple, they identified that the screen was not original, and as a result, they refused to repair or replace the battery. The official report from the Apple expert at the Genius Bar is available as evidence. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter with Refurbed provider Mobile-UP, they claimed that Apple was not honest about it. I also had the phone checked by another mobile expert outside of the Apple company, and he confirmed that the screen is not original. Before making a purchase, it's essential to consider that the parts may not be original.
In conclusion, it was a disappointing experience for me, and if given the chance to go back, I would not choose to buy from Refurbed.
