it's a wasting time of trying to open an account with them. Firstly go through the horrible identity online video call, the service person just hanged up the call, probably those service person were looking for someone to marry or good looking to serve. After five to six times no reason hanged up, I finally got someone answered. But the identity process still failed with whatever reason in the end After tried 3 to 4 times new account created, received a successful registered confirmation, I still got no account. Called BMW service, they said sth went wrong, they don't see my account. They also don't know the reason even though i received the successful registered email.
It's just a pure wasting time!
