In the summer of 2022
after the pandemic, of course, it was chaotic. But the management has absolutely failed and left the customers and the few employees alone. Absurd prices were charged for the flight. The arrogance and bad service of Lufthansa and its subsidiaries is beyond me. If you don't change, your positive business balance will soon be gone. I will try not to book Lufthansa again. There are better and cheaper alternatives. It's actually a shame for a brand that represents Germany worldwide.
