Ich wollte ein Zimmer buchen
It was just disgusting: the towels were from the previos guest, the sheets of the bed as well. The floor was not vaccumed, there was a lot of dust. The table in the room was also not cleaned, there were some stains on it.
Then the bathroom was not cleaned as well, the shower was dripping. As well the bath was only accessable from a corridor and not from the room itself. This is wrong indicated in this offer.
Was changing my stay on my own, because I couldn't stay in this mess. I was complaining immediatly, that I can't accept that. The host and booking don't want to refund the money.
