We ordered 3 items three weeks ago, supposedly to arrive before Christmas. For three weeks, there is no tracking, and no information whatsoever where the parcel could be. We called their hotline multiple times , and there seems to be no one employed who can communicate in english! And this on an international site with customers from all over europe! We sent multiple emails, of which only one was answered, with nothing helpful in it whatsoever. So, we can´t get our christmas gifts in time, because we will be traveling, we get no help at all if we wanted to re-route the parcel to our new destination, customer service is at an all time low!
Fun Fact: the only answer we got is that the parcel has been delayed due to bad weather conditions. What? Too much sun? Other companies could deliver on time, with the same weather conditions!
Never, never ever order or buy anything from Armor Lux!
