The technical Specs of this products are completely wrong. It's loading through max. of 10mm, 20mm was promised. The claim was completely unacceptable, was asked to provide dozens of pictures and videos, always something new was requested and at the end, I was asked to take over shipment costs and customs clearing. This shop is absolutely not taking care about customers and the product is not working as promised. At the end I just waisted hours of time and throw the product away, to not spend additional more money than the product costs. Even AliExpress Support was no help at all, supported the seller to ignore law. I will never buy any product anymore here! Produkt funktioniert max bis 10mm obwohl 20mm angegeben, Reklamation ist eine Katastrophe. Wurde über Wochen lang aufgefordert immer wieder neue Bilder und Videos zu machen. Trotz rechtlich klarer Klage, hab ich letztendlich das Produkt weggeworfen, da es sich nicht lohnt nochmal mehr Geld für die Rücksendung und Verzollung zu bezahlen. Ich werde jedenfalls nie wieder hier kaufen, hier wird man einfach nur verarscht und geltendes Fernabsatzgesetz massiv ignoriert!
