The order was not fulfilled even though even the contact details of the recipient were provided. Instead of being avialable for communication and problem solving, the service team took it three days to react to my requests without offering a reimbursement of costs for the purchase that was never delivered. I am a frequent flowers buyer and wanted to make a birthday of my family member who is apart special and floraqueen failed at delivering their job completely.
