    Really Bad

    I had booked a flight last year through Seat24 on EgyptAir, which was cancelled due to the Corona Pandemic, anyway I had to apply for Refund through the useless Seat24 service, they kept sending me bi-monthly automatic emails saying that they requested refund from EgyptAir, but they are waiting for response from them, after 9 months I had to take matters in my own hands, and I have sent a letter through an attorney to EgyptAir directly. They responded directly and made the refund, but sadly they made the refund to Seat24 as they are the agent I booked from. And Seat24 has again an automatic message in their website, saying that EgyptAir has approved the refund, but it will take very long time to send to me as it requires much manual processing ?!!!! . Now I have to pay the Lawyer for his effort with EgyptAir, and I think I will pay him again to deal with Seat24. It is really the worst agent I have tried, and I have tried a lot.
