Great Customer Service
I have owned my Holzkern watch for about a year and a half and had a warranty issue come up just recently. Emailed Holzkern about the issue and have to say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Everyone was very friendly and always answered my emails the next day. Anyway, the warranty issue was taken care of quickly and I am happy to be wearing my watch again.
