Slow delivery.
I ordered camera batteries on March 30, 2021. I paid a little extra to get the delivery in 25-30 days.
On April 30 I contacted Customer Service and they told me 25-30 working days. Not what the order said but I accepted and they said it would be delivered by May 11. Still no product on this date.
On May 13 I contacted Customer Service again. I was told that the extra I paid (1.99 Euro) had been refunded on the April 30 contact. I asked about the delivery and was told that it would be here in a week. One week from that contact I still have no product.
Is this the way it goes? A promise of delivery in one week triggering another contact only to get another promise of a delivery in a week.
