I reached out to the service team because i wanted to send back my order.
First they sent me the regular etikett, which I couldnt use because it was a present and the order was received in a different country then my homecountry. So they sent me another etikett with my right adress but I would have to send it to the UK although it came from a german adress. Which means I would have to pay for it. So again I sent them my adress and the correct adress to send it back to. The service team then answered that I should confirm that the order has not been used, opened and is in good condition.
Unfortunately TheHut only has a one-way-service-system so I couldnt confirm which now means that all the time I had in order to send it back in the correct time frame has now passed and I cannot return it anymore.
