Very bad experience
I gave 1 star simply because theer is no 0.
This is just a cheating website. I ordered for a bag from this website in February and paid for it. Then I returned back the bag within 1 week and I have all clues and I got a confirmation from DHL that the parcel was successfully received by thehut.de. However they insist since more than 2 months to cheat and they say that they didnot receive the parcel and refuse to give my money back. I sent many E-Mails and made many claims with all documents, but no positive response from their side. Now I have talked with my lawyer and I know how to get my money back from them.
