Hello everyone. I use my MeaterBlock very often. A barbecue evening without this product is unimaginable. Unfortunately, my MeaterBlock diagnoses a problem, which means that I can no longer use this device. I contacted the seller. To date, this seller has not responded. So I contacted the manufacturer. Without having to wait long, an employee got in touch with me. I told him about my problem with the device. Unfortunately, the device could not be repaired. Meater agreed to replace my device without discussion. The process was quick and friendly. I received the new device today and thank the company very much for the accommodating exchange.
