Worst Custormer Service
We purchased 4 chairs for Dining Table. Everything went well till the moment we paid. The people in the Store House downstairs are very unfriendly ... rude. Also people at the counter (Information Centre) are very rude. We only had a simple request to take home only 2 chairs on the same day ... other 2 chairs next week. This was already discussed with the Sales person weather its feasible or not. Additionally we also cleared it at the time of payment but the lady at the counter didn't even bother to listen. We were send back ... forth from the Store Room to counter ... back to the Store Room due to miscommunication or rather lack of communication between Sales ... Store room team of Mömax. We had to spend 3 Hours for this issue of Mömax which was a terrible experience. Never Again to shop from this store.
